How is this different from other bundle apps?
Many bundle apps create a separate “bundle product” and then try to keep its stock in sync with the real products. Dotbundle never does that. The shopper’s cart contains the real products, and your store grants the discount through an automatic promotion. Stock, variants, tax, shipping, order exports and your ERP keep working exactly as before.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes. The widget renders inside its own isolated container, so your theme’s CSS can’t break it and it can’t break your theme. It uses your storefront’s own cart. On product pages it places itself below the add-to-cart area; you can adjust the position or place it by hand.
What if a shopper adds the products by hand?
They get the same discount. The promotion lives in your store, not in the widget, so the price in the cart is always the one you promised.
What happens when a product in a bundle sells out?
A fixed set shows as sold out. In a frequently-bought-together bundle the sold-out product is switched off and the rest stays buyable.
Where is my data stored, and what happens if I uninstall?
Everything is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). The widget sets no cookies and doesn’t track shoppers. When you uninstall, the storefront script is removed automatically and we delete your store’s data.
